KFC & Pizza Hut among 41 eateries fined for unhygienic condition

Officials said the department has already warned all the city restaurants and food outlets to keep their kitchens clean otherwise the government will seal them. They said on Friday the Food department collected 84 samples of food items from various hotels and sent them to laboratory for testing.

They said the food outlets fined were KFC, Pizza Hut, Go Go restaurant, Subway, Beijing Chinese Restaurant, Fresh Tikka Shop, Bhatti Tikka Shop Jail Road, Butt Restaurant, Haji Restaurant, Maye Da Hotel railway station, Rafiq Hotel, Shalamar Hotel, Insaaf Hotel, Akram Hotel, Hafiz Hotel, Bhia Kabab Farosh, Asad Mehar Hotel, Muqadas Restaurant and Biryani House, Haji Sardar Machli Frosh, Golden Restaurant, Tabbaq Restaurant Lakshmi Hotel, National Hotel and Restaurant, Kaka Gurda Kapoora Shop, Mashallah Karahi House, Bhatti Karahi Tikka Shop, Lasani Restaurant, Haji Sultan Haleem Murg Chanay, Nehari House and Haji Sahab Hotel.
